Moving forward things may have gotten a bit sweeter for Gmail users who also happen to use Chrome. In short, Google has made some changes, changes which they chalk up to the “magic of HTML5″ which will allow users to open email links directly in Gmail. That being said, according to Google;
“Now, when you go to Gmail in Chrome, you will be asked if you want Gmail to open all email links. Say yes, and clicking on email links in any application on your computer will open a fresh Gmail compose window.”
