ViewSonic launches the ViewPhone 5e dual-sim Android 4.0 Phone

I guess I must have given away what important there is to know with the just announced ViewPhone 5e handset from ViewSonic in the title. The device runs Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and has a 5-inch display with an 800 x 480 WVGA resolution. While this may not seem enough in terms of pixel density, according to ViewSonic, the device is capable of displaying images vividly and in high-quality. Now, perhaps the most important thing about the ViewPhone 5e is the fact that it has two SIM card slot. Yes, the phone will let you use two SIM cards from two networks. No word yet on the device’s other specs and features. And don’t go looking out for it if you’re attending the MWC since reports say that it’s not there yet. What we do know is that the ViewSonic ViewPhone will retail for around $599 and will be ready by Q3 2012.
